Canada Post’s super-mailboxes are no match for Howard Rabb.
Rabb, special projects assistant to Ward 8 Coun. Terry Whitehead — who has been vocally opposed to the controversial community mailboxes slotted for installation on the Mountain — stood his ground by standing in a hole Wednesday afternoon to block contractors from installing one.
